Terms & Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using World Choice Hotels services and website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
World Choice Hotels provides hospitality growth services including revenue management, OTA management, digital marketing, website development, and consulting for hotels and accommodation businesses. Service scope, deliverables, and pricing are defined in individual agreements.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information, granting necessary access to systems and platforms, and reviewing and approving deliverables within agreed timelines.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Late payments may result in service suspension. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
5. Intellectual Property
Content, strategies, and materials created by WCH for clients remain the property of WCH until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients receive a license to use deliverables as specified in their agreement.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the business relationship.
7. Limitation of Liability
WCH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement as specified in the service contract. Outstanding fees remain payable upon termination.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
